Transforming workers into worker-entrepreneur and treating companies as customers and not employers – is what the COOPERATIVE has endeavored with among its owners-members. With SOUTHERN GLOBAL SERVICES MULTI-PURPOSE COOPERATIVE, and as entrepreneurs, workers will find gainful and productive work and at the same time take control of their working lives. While companies will now find a partner who can provide them with the ‘services’ (non-core functions) they need at all times without establishing an employer-employee relationship they can now engage in such services as long as needed in their day-to-day business activities. Thereby, enhancing workers productivity and improving corporate competitiveness.
Members undergo a Development Program in which they experience various trainings that developed their personal skills and work ethics needed to enhance or boost the client's business productivity.
